Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Slow service. It took them 15 mins to prepare my food even though there were only 2-3 customers there including myself. At other Popeyes, if they were out of something, they would let you know before you put the order in so that you can decide if it was worth wait. Not coming back to this location again.

I went there last night around 8:15. It was so busy. Every employee was moving as fast as they could it seemed. Despite them having to rush, and the long lines, I noticed they were all still being nice to every customer. Being a fast food place, I’m sure they are all underpaid for doing such a great job. Food was also delicious of course:)

This is the best Popeyes in the silver spring area. This is my second time here and both times i have been very happy with the service. Both Maria and Angela M both greeted me, were extremely polite and food was hot and fresh. Ps. I have been to the Popeyes in olney and white oak and the staff doesn’t even greet you.
