Never in line for less than 25 minutes. The kids in the evening only let who they want in the lobby even tho drive thru line is out to the street. You would think long wait means fresh chicken but it doesn't. I love chicken but they make my chicken taste buds hurt

The employees decided to close earlier than their posted time just for funsies. Let us sit at the drive through for 10 minutes with a growing line of 6 cars behind us before someone taking the trash out told us to leave. There's no way they didn't see the line waiting, they could've let us know sooner, or, you know, stayed until 11 like their website says (instead of 9:30). Hope management sees this and clarifies the reason for closing early.
