I’m looking at the other reviews and I don’t understand.. got some food today and let me tell you it was FRESH.. biscuits were cooked to perfection!.. I seen new staff and I’m glad this place changed from what it used to be!! I believe it’s under new ownership now and u can really tell the difference! Keep up the great job guys!!???? Parking: No problem with parking!

Horrible customer svc. Popeyes in Waukegan illinois. Forgot 5 piece tender meal called restaurant told about missing items and manager said staff put item in the bag and that I’m lying about food. She proceeded to keep saying this, then proceeded to talk over me and then hung up on me. I called back and asked why she hung up on me and denied doing so. I told her I’m calling corporate office she said she is the manager. I told her if you have video cameras check the footage and she changed her story and said very nasty do you want the code or what. I took the code and writing this review. I will tell everyone about this experience with Popeyes great communication and customer svc. Very disappointed consumer. Will not be back.
