The manager, Deborah, was incredibly rude and flat out disrespectful. I ordered by Uber eats and didn’t receive two of my large orders of beans/rice so I called and asked if I could get something in return for me having to go pick up my missing items and all she kept saying was NO. She was very rude and had an attitude. If I wanted to drive there I wouldn’t have ordered from Uber eats. She is very unprofessional. I’ve worked in fast food and I’d NEVER speak to a customer the way she spoke to me and I’m one to be honest and say I don’t believe the customer is always right. However, she was just flat out awful.

I'm a huge Popeyes fan, especially for the spicy chicken sandwich and their cajun fries with blackened ranch, but I've always been displeased with the general service from their establishments. However, this location, hands-down, is the most professional and efficient I've seen. Only Popeyes where the line moves along fairly fast and I've never had to wait outside the building for my food to come out after going through the drive-through. They've never messed up my orders either. It's a bit out of the way from where I live, but kind of worth the drive. So much better than the other Vancouver locations.
