Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The hold time in the drive thru is ridiculous sat and wait 5mins before someone came on to take my order. I was told to pull up front because they are waiting for fries after hold 20 mins up front I went inside held for another 5 mins before anyone acknowledge I was waiting. Asked about my order I was told they are waiting for chicken. I went back outside waited another 10mins they came out. They didn't even give me all the food I order I won't ever go back there again.

I'm gonna have to keep it real the service is not good. They can be rude...impatient...unorganized. the food is ok but it's not the hype I thought. To keep it 100 thats the ghetto Popeye's. I don't go there unless I just have too.the get business don't get it twisted people coming for that Popeye's....just not me!!!!

Lady in drive thru was very rude, it was my first time eating there so I was trying to ask a couple questions and she was very sarcastic and rude and acted as I was being a problem to her then I received my food no napkins no plastic wear and my food was spilling out of the cups I had beans all over the bag and everything in it got no plastic wear to eat with and the food was not even hot! Needless to say I will never go back there and THAT’S DEFINITELY NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS! I understand people have bad days but that was way uncalled for!
