This place is the absolute worst. They are constantly out of everything, everything inside and out is dirty and disgusting. The person working the window literally looks like he crawled out from the fryer he was so greasy I can’t imagine him handling my food. When I got to the window I was told they were out of what I ordered and when I asked for a replacement he told me no and laughed at me. Safe to say I left right then.

It was the worst service ever, I know good customer service when I see it, and this today was by far the worst, nothing I ordered was right, now I do understand mistakes happen but as an employee own up to it take responsibility and try and make it right. The rice and beans were like clay it was not edible at all. I honestly didn’t want to go back up to the counter only because I would have been greeted with attitude and unprofessional customer service. I will never eat from this location ever. And another thing there was a guy in the back sweeping up once he was done he put the broom away to the side and proceeded to mix chicken with his bare hands without even washing, I watching this as it’s happening ???? that is cross contamination which can make people sick. This location needs to be trained or needs new management or shut down! I should have gotten a refund but instead I threw it away and left.

Bought tenders, shrimp, chicken sandwich, chicken breast, Cajun rice on this visit to get a variety of options. Staff was friendly and focused. Location could use a deep clean in the back area where food is being prepped ????, but drive through was filled up. Food was decent. It’s not a 5-star restaurant so I’m being honest here. It was decent enough to try but not something I’d be going back to eat. Too many other options. Overall, like I said, it wasn’t bad and if you’re in a rush it will surely get you over the hump.
