Picked up my order ahead order tonight, we got duped! Side orders were only half full! Just half, not enough to feed my family! Shame on you! Don’t advertise that we are getting large side order when you only fill them halfway…not a good deal, won’t be ordering again, plus no working phone number to call and complain! Frustrating! We all work hard for our $$, we would like our money’s worth when ordering take-out!

The worst place ever. Unprofessional staff, slow, and treat delivery drivers like garbage. I went to pick up an order for a customer, and I noticed that the bag was unsealed and the chicken box inside was open. Then, I tried to close the box myself because my customer would think that his order was messed up. The young man who was working looked at me and said in a sarcastic tone" is this your order?", so I answered "no," so he told me "so, don't touch the food". First of all, I didn't touch the food. Second, it was his job to pack the customer's order correctly and prepare it for delivery. All I want to say is that this place is always a mess and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Disgusting - waste of money. 11 piece and tenders burnt with no flavor. If i had eaten in the store rather than bring it home, I would have returned. Very disappointed…
