The poor manager is doing all the cooking. There’s a worker at the register helping some and a worker clowning around doing nothing. They’re clearly doing their best, but there are a lot of people waiting.

Ordered in mobile app thinking would speed process no it didn't. Waited over 20 minutes with no courtesy water or drink offer, because it was rather hot inside. Then did not include the mixture of chicken requested. Red bean and rice large container was not filled.

The prices are off the chain for chicken! For the last 3 months they had no other choice of drink but sweet tea! They're always out of wings! Plus one time I was given a half eating chicken sandwich, which I should have took a picture of! The owner or management needs to step their game up, and focus more on customer service because that's what pays their bills!
