Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went through drive thru and it took the girl over 5 minutes to actually take my order. The order came quick. Got the 5 piece special and small Cajun rice. The chicken was good, however that Cajun rice was ridiculous, it was VERY dry and the rice was hard from being under cooked, I had to throw it out, truly a waste of my money.

They had no red beans and rice. Only excepted debit or credit card, no cash! When asked for a receipt for my debit card use, she said they did not have any reciepts and I could give her my phone and she would take a picture of my reciept on the register. Never heard of such, I told her she was not going to use my phone. She had a bad attitude from the start when taking my order. She did not have on a hat nor hair net. The slaw tasted very slimy and the chicken was very greasy. Horrible experience !!! I stopped eating the slaw, I was afraid I was going to get sick and squeezed the grease out of the chicken!

I live less than 2 miles from this location and would rather start driving further for better service. There is hardly ever any chicken when u want it. I spent $42 and all I got was drums and thighs. No chicken sandwich that I needed or the sides that I asked for. I fell asleep waiting for my food.. I pulled out of line for this. I'm tired of driving out of my way to eat. Has too high
