It's been a couple of years since I've had Popeyes and I have to say that the food itself was pretty decent at this location but the service was pretty terrible. It isn't their fault that a lot of people come here but they need to rethink how to handle mobile vs in store orders. Employees were calling out people's orders using either a number or a name and since I was there for 20+ minutes waiting to pick up a mobile order I had the opportunity to observe that the choosing to use a name or number didn't correlate to the order being a mobile or in store order and appeared to be up to the employee's preference.
Disappointed that the special was not valid at this location. What's the point of advertising on tv and you can't get it? It was very busy with a long line. Food was hot and delicious just wished they would honor the commercial deal.
Everything was FRESH and HOT. The staff was fast and also courteous. If you want fresh hit chicken from Popeyes. Come here.
