Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is so far my worst experience. I had a mobile order but when I got to the store, They said not ready many times, so I waited another 40 minutes until I finally asked again. It turned out be they just MISSED this order. Never heard a sorry from them, they were very rude as it was your fault. I know it’s fast food, but they just don’t treat you as human.

Ok… so think about every negative fast food experience you’ve ever had… now imagine them all rolled into one… there ya go. I honestly recommend you go check it out in action cause it’s kinda impressive in its whackness. An atmosphere that is simultaneously apathetic and chaotic, saturated in a humid-chicken-funk. It brings out the worst in everyone. This might be like the final circle of poultry hell is what I’m saying. Like where the Farmer in the sky sends all the most sinful chickens. Yikes.

Terrible service. Terrible. I ordered 2 combos through Doordash and Popeyes only put one combo in the bag and then sealed it so the dasher didn't know half the order was missing. What makes it even crazier is that they taped the receipt to the bag with the complete order details that they half filled. This is the 3rd time I have had food missing. The first two times, I picked the orders up myself and luckily I checked before I left and they fixed it. I am over this location. It is terrible and I will never go there or order from them again.
