I don't understand why this location has such high ratings. Just save yourself time, money and disappointment by going somewhere else. We ordered online, thinking that if the employee had the order in writing in front of them, then there's no way they can screw it up. WRONG. I pulled up and there was no cars in line so I thought it would go fast... You know since I entered my order online. It still took 15 minutes. here's what we ordered: 3 pc tenders with fries and strawberry fanta, shrimp box with mashed potatoes and unsweet tea, add small side of red beans and rice and large side of Mac and cheese. It's $28. Here's what we got, all thrown in a bag, nothing sealed: Box with just shrimp. Box with tenders and a biscuit. 3 small Mac and cheese that's really only the layer of cheddar from the top 2 mashed potatoes. No fries No red beans and rice Sweet tea Strawberry fanta only after I told the guy I was missing a drink. Oh and I didn't get a receipt other than the one in my email, so wh

Feathers Again! Done with this Popeye's! I hesitantly tried it again today because it's what family members wanted. It's worse every time you go. They're usually terribly slow and all employees act like it's their first day working there. The containers for the sides are now half the size that they were recently and they still only fill the new containers less than half the way, so you get about 1/4 of a portion. Today I had about four small spork fulls of Red Beans and Rice, which as it turns out was fine because they were awful. It was almost room temperature, the rice was undercooked (hard) and the soupy beans were bland. Today, at least one piece of the five piece chicken order was not spicy as ordered. This is a regular occurrence at this Popeye's, they rarely get an order correct, they just don't care. I've called in the past and told the person in charge that fried chicken would probably be better without the feathers, but guess what? (see pic). There actually must be

I stopped going to this location because of the terrible staff that was hired so it had been months since my last visit. Was craving chicken and since it's close I stopped in. Terrible mistake. Food was very hot BUT so greasy it was puddled up in the bottom of the box. I ate what i could and was going to store the last piece of chicken. There was a HUGE dead fly under it in the box in the grease. So grossed out. Me and my husband are never eating there again!! I want to give 0 stars.
