Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Visited this location for the first time today. The wait time was about 10 minutes from order to drive-off (drive-thru). The food was fresh. The male cashier who took and handed me my order was courteous as well.

I pulled up to the drive-through to place an order after sitting there for almost 10 minutes I called the store and asked them why they were not taking orders, and they said they were in shift change. I’ve never heard of a store shut their business down to do a shift change I watched 10 People Dr. off and then when I called him to complain they just told me to deal with it course I’m not gonna get food from there now. Poor attitudes don’t care about customers left us literally sitting outside in the parking lot with no communication for 10 minutes. Worst place ever.

The place is dirty, the floors are greasy. The order counter is cluttered. None of the menu screens work, signs are posted on the counter. Lobby looked like a storage area for whatever wouldn’t fit anywhere else. Drink area is falling apart. I ordered chicken strips and was given another customers food that arrived after me. They gave him that bag after I went through it and said it wasn’t mine. Then when I got back to work found that I got a 3piece chicken meal. Two seemingly owners or manages just playing on their phones while one girl works drive through and another the counter. It’s extremely clear that this place has a management issue. I run a 200000 sf warehouse that’s cleaner than this restaurant. In fairness, the chicken tasted ok but it wasn’t what I ordered.
