This the hood. As long as you understand where you are at, everything else will work out. Same chicken. Same recipes. Service ranges from lax and unprofessional to attentive and polite depending on the staff in duty. Restaurant is usually clean. Wait times can be long a lot of the time.

A nice older lady rang me and my son up I believe her name was momma Jena. I usually go through the drive thru where the service is not always the best. But my inside experience was top tier she was helpful and patience.

The lines are always extremely long whether be in the drive-through or going in. I’ve learned that this location is truly unorganized and unprofessional. I also do DoorDash and Uber eats. There’s never been a time where I’ve picked someone’s order up and was able to deliver it I had to cancel the orders due to the long wait time I went to this location yesterday evening 10/23/2022 I sat in the drive-through line for an hour after I finally placed my water. I had to wait on additional 20 minutes to get to the window when I got through the window. I had to wait another 8 to 12 minutes for my food and the guy operating the window showed poor customer service skills, he was texting if I didn’t mention my drink, I would’ve never received it After taking a long period of time to give me my food. I still use my manners and said thank you. This young guy said nothing. No thanks for waiting. No sorry for the wait. Nothing with every item he handed me I said thank you and for him to say absolute
