Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Let me start by saying I was a big Popeyes fan. I stopped going there cause it was going down hill for awhile. I decided to give it one more try and just like I thought it was terrible. My chicken was burnt and I ordered an 8 piece nugget only 4 were halfway edible. I took a bite of one and the whole thing crumbled in my mouth. I will be emailing the corporate office letting them know about this. If anyone reads this DO NOT GO YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Wanted some tasty, crispy, chicly, and this hit the spot. Horace, the manager on duty had his team deliver, hot, fresh food with a great attitude and spirit. Ready to serve!

Aside from their long wait times at the drive thru, this place never fails to get our order wrong. They always leave out items that have been ordered prompting me to get back in line to ask for what I paid for. Today my husband went and ordered 2 large mac and cheese and each one had only 1 small scoop in there. It was a joke. We tried calling a handful of times to let them know, but no one ever answered the phone. That will be the last time our family ever orders from this location. Whoever owns this place really needs to take a long hard look at the type of service they are providing.
