I would love to speak to the owner of this franchise. Let's have a conversation on the ratchet attitudes the employees have. That's not even talking about the dried up rubber chicken they try to serve. No, im not going to pay any amount of money to eat day old chicken. Yes, im going to complain and ask for a replacement or refund. Please train your employees on proper customer service. And tell them no one is making them come to work. Find people who care about their job and your establishment.
The manager attempted to assault me for a new cup on the order placed last night right before closing, I told her 3 times I didn’t take anything and the employee gave me the cup and she still proceeded to come towards me with ill intent. It was a lady whom closed the night before and wouldn’t give me her name when asked the night before stating “she would remember me, but my ENTIRE order was wrong due to them closing at 10:30 and still taking people money instead of letting someone know that they are out of it, or already cleaned up and let me choose from remaining food, BEYOND unprofessional and just down right disrespectful.
If your on the road driving through this area and need a place to grab a quick bite, this is NOT the place to stop. Very inefficient and passive staff. I got the impression that every employee was upset about having to be there. They were not overtly rude, but there was not an ounce of initiative in the place. Customers have to check to make sure they have their orders complete, because the associates weren't about to do it. Example: The gentleman in front of me ordered several chicken strip meals. His total was well over fifty dollars. Yet he had to ask for dipping sauce...then the lady at the counter gave him one dipping sauce. One? Really? Then he had to ask for straws, then napkins, then more chicken dipping sauce, ketchup, etc. It was like the associate was testing his will or trying to beat him at this game in which the objective seemed to be to offer as little service and assistance they could for such an expensive order.
