Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Sara being for here 10 years amazes me! She is the absolute best! She made me feel so welcomed! I wish I could give this Popeyes 10 stars!

My family and I went through the drive-thru for a dinner meal. Our order for four people was about $50. When we asked for a receipt, the male cashier looked our way and did not respond. We had to ask a second time and finally got a receipt. We felt that the male cashier was rude and did not want to be bothered. We left the drive-thru and parked in a nearby parking to check our order. We were missing 4 biscuits. So, I went in with our receipt and asked for them. Three workers saw me and did not acknowledge me. So, I had to ask for help and even then, the same male cashier looked at me and just walked right past me. I finally got the missing biscuits, without an explanation or an apology, and we left feeling very ignored.

Let me start by saying how excited I am that we actually have our own Popeyes! I went to this Popeyes for the first time in this visit. Overall, the service was good, the food was great, but they forgot our biscuits - which was not acceptable! If I'm paying for an entire meal, give me the entire meal - I paid for it! Luckily, the manager agreed that keeping our biscuits was not okay and they offered to remake our meals - so they have one happy customer! Here's to a thousand more!???? And them not forgetting our biscuits! ????
