The new Sweet and Spicy chicken wings are fire ???? HOWEVER Popeyes always has the worst customer experience.. and it's not always the employees! Usually they simply don't have any of what you want in stock. And so sad to say that the Biscuits were hard as rocks at 1:30-2pm They didn't have honey or ranch.. no sides available except Macaroni and cheese.. it was good but not even close to the Rice and beans we went out for.. maybe one day, in a wet dream ????

This place is a joke, they never have food or their system is down. My mistake is to use the app to order, they charge my card and when I show up at the restaurant they don't have the food and ask me to cancel in the app but the app doesn't have the option to cancel, I called consumer service and told me that they cannot cancel and if I want to have it I can pick up my order 3 hours later, no thank you, so call my bank and now have to dispute my money back.

I ordered through DoorDash. My order was a 3piece meal. What I got instead was a 4.5 piece and a drink. My chicken was sour and I thought it was one piece, but it was all four and a half. My biscuit was even sour. They just selling old or left out food. Never again. They need to be shut down, and I reported this to DoorDash.
