It seems the staff is doing their best, but the drive through was closed/broken. Someone is in training and it took 20 mins before I could get my order in. I just ordered an 3 piece tender meal, w cajun rice and side of Cajun gravy. There was literally 2 bites of Cajun rice. It looked liked someone had already eaten out the container. There was also no biscuit in the order. I literally spent 17 dollars on this. Seriously. And trying to call them or complain is dang near impossible. So disappointing because I love Popeyes. But I truly got jipped tonight

Absolutely the worst drive thru and worst service I’ve ever experienced. Was about 5 cars back when we arrived about 10 minutes before noon on Sunday, 11/13/2022 and took 20 minutes to order, another 10 to get to the window where the girl taking payment was all attitude about a simple menu question. To top it off, we waited another 25 minutes to get our order, which turned out not to be spicy when we got home with cold food. This is not a post COVID problem, this is an ownership and management problem. Close these doors and save us all!!!
