We were in drive thru line for over an hour, but were there roughly 10 cars ahead of us... which by the point we realized it was going to be that long we were in a spot that we could not get out. If only the red beans and rice in the pic was the Cajun rice that this location quit selling. The chicken was fresh, crispy and tender but no Cajun rice. Why was it removed from menu?

Sadly like most chain restaurants it depends on the management and I’ve noticed that Popeyes have poor management in comparison to other chicken places. Todays experience was my last time going to this location after I pulled up at the drive-through and waited five minutes as I could hear the employees talking through the radio. I said hello and then they said hello back in an unprofessional way and I ordered with no response. I decided just to not order anything and wait in the drive-through and just drive off next-door to the canes chicken. A lot better customer service there , with a way faster drive through .
