Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My fries tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. I expect fries to be less fresh with delivery but this wasn’t just delivery fries. There is a huge difference. Also here is a pic of my chicken sandwich…. I don’t think I need to say much more about that. Picture speaks for itself ????

We had to wait 40 minutes for our order. The waitress just kept making excuses and serving the window. We went to the window first but were told it was closed, then they asked if we could come into the lobby. After she took our order, we were told it would take 5 to 7 minutes as they needed to good more nuggets. After waiting for 30 minutes we were given excuses. All we ordered was 2 of the $6.99 specials as advertised. They didn't even have the coleslaw. I will never go back there.

This was my first time visiting a Popeyes and I doubt I will go back. My girls both ordered the 1/4 lbs. Popcorn SHRIMP, and there were 5 small popcorn shrimp in one box and 7 in the other. My boys both ordered the 3 piece tenders meal. The gal messed it up and charges us for one 3 piece and one 5 piece up charged to a large drink (not even close to what we ordered!). The tenders were balled up and dry, severely overcooked, and they didn't even remember to include the dipping sauces. The biscuits were good, but the only decent part of the entire meal. The service wasn't terrible, but definitely subpar. The gal at the window just handed us a bag without saying a single word. We weren't sure if we had everything or not, so we had to sit there and check. It was just a really bad experience all around.
