Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I pulled up to the speaker box and ordered a spicy sandwich and before I even finished my sentence the rude woman taking my order was asking me about my side and drink and I asked for no pickles and again she interrupted “side and drink”. And then when I pulled up to the window and asked her if anything else came on the sandwich like any other sauces than the spicy and she sighed and said that’s why the sandwich is spicy and rolled her eyes talking to me like a child. She seemed annoyed at any questions I had when I was just trying to double check my order because she did not repeat it back to me.

i ordered 12 chicken and 2 large mac n cheese. but they said they only have 1 large mac n cheese left. and when i got home i got this.. a left over Mac n cheese, like someone already eat it. the colour is weird, textured is weird, smell bad. i stay 20 min away from maumele, dont have time to go back and complain about this. wasting money. wasting time. ????????????????????????

Just went through the drive thru, waited a bit before a response. (Maybe short staffing I’m not sure.) But I tried to repeat my order twice, then when I went to the window the total changed. I got confused and saw I had something else than my order on the receipt. When I asked about it I didn’t get much of what they said at first but then they demanded I just take the bag. Finally got told that they handed me the wrong receipt and that was it. Got the right order but was still charged for the different amount. ????
