Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Like usual, I ordered spicy chicken.When got home my order was wrong again. I had mild chicken instead of the spicy chicken. I called popeyes the line was busy as usual. I don't know why my order is wrong 99 percent of the time. Popeyes needs to do better unfortunately they won't. Popeyes has many uncaring workers. The phone line is always busy. I imagine taking the telephone of the hook means no one gets the opportunity to complain. I wish there was a spot for a zero star.

Popeyes chicken is the bomb. The food is good , and they always get my order right . The customer service is questionable but that's what gives the place charm! I love it when they ask me if I want something that they know that they're out of and when I agree to it how they make me feel stupid when they're the ones who asked me in the first place! Where else can you get your head messed with like that ? POPEYES! I love how they never smile ! I love how the employees play on their phones and have drama while you wait on line ! It's like watching a " dinner theater" while you wait ! Where else can you see drama like that ? POPEYES! After all that , you get your chicken and it's so good, it compensates for the subpar customer service ! Five stars !!!

Very unclean place. Worker had cell phone in one hand, filling order with other. No sanitizer in between. Slow borderline rude. I'll be out of business soon at this rate. Sorry I came here. Wheelchair accessibility: Can't get in the door it's hard to open.
