Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Giving them one star because you can't leave a review without any stars. There was one car in front of me ordering through drive thru and it took them 10 minutes to get my order after the car in front of me moved. They had no mashed potatoes, no coleslaw and no Coke. After I paid, they had me park. I waited 45 minutes for my food so I went inside the store. Employees were very rude, my food wasn't even being taken care of, like they forgot I was even out there waiting. Someone asked how long for chicken and they said a long while so I asked for a refund. One employee told me they don't do refunds. Once another employee heard I wanted a refund she said that there was chicken ready and gave me my order. Never going back, their customer service is trash and employees attitude is trash. They should replace all employees at this location or just shut it down.

Never did get my food because I couldn't order because their screen is down this is the second popeye's in an hour that I went to and their screen is down and their servers do not know how to move to get things done. I don't think that I will go there anymore maybe Kentucky Fried Chicken would be my best bet.

No food the wait in the drive thru was Ridiculous, I waited 10 minutes and left. There were 3 cars ahead of me Not Moving. I'm over Popeye's no more wasted time from me.
