Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Come with extreme patience! It took absolutely forEVA to get my family's food. When my husband complains about their chicken there's a problem. True enough they were training new workers however you could see from the length of time and the vehicles in front of me that things were not going right. The chicken didn't taste well, my husband suggssts changing the grease. I chose that restaurant because I was near it. I'll go to the closer to me next time. For better food and service.

waited 35 minutes for food i ordered online and told the cashier that i ordered drive thru but came inside cause there parking lot is confusing. was about 10 minutes and i saw online orders piling up and asked if my order was ready and he said there still working on it. proceeded to wait another 10 minutes and asked again and still got the same answer. then had to stand there with a stank face for them to actually care about my order until low and behold my order was sitting there 15 minutes prior to me coming up. then cherry on top was missing fries and i told the fry cook and she then rolled her eyes and threw the fries in the bag literally threw. how was i the one under the influence and i COULD do your job better then you:) find a another cleaner and more established popeyes then this one:)

Line s always long and slow. Food is overpriced. Yes they taste good but you shouldnt be charging that much for a small little container full of macaroni.
