It took more than 30 minutes for my order and they gave me I guess whatever was left on the tray because my tenders look like nuggets

I never write reviews but I’m absolutely disgusted by my service. After placing my order, I was told to pull up and park in the lot until they can prepare my order. 30 minutes passed and I still don’t have my food. I ask the lady working at the drive thru for a status update and was told they are catching up with Uber deliveries. I’m okay with this because they are busy. However, after a 30 minute wait my food is cold and I don’t have a top for my mashed potatoes. ????????‍♀️

At this point Popeyes on route 30 needs to be shut down! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I always try to give them The benefit of the doubt, but every time I have a horrible experience, lines always wrapped around the corner, takes over 30 minutes to receive food, always out of something. Place an online order at 4:29 we go to pick up at 5:49 they tell us are Order isn’t ready and doesn’t get packed until we go through the drive through. Then they had the door locked so you couldn’t even pick up a mobile order in the store and have to wait in the long drive through line. We already waited all this time, know you want us to wait another 20 minutes. It beyond ridiculous and the customer service is awful. We had to get a refund through the app and had to go to another location. The worst experience I have ever had will not be going ever again.
