The chicken sandwich was great! This was only the 2nd time I've been to Popeyes and it was the same location. I ordered and paid for a hot apple pie and did not receive it. The second time i went through the drive thru and told them about it and they told me they'd take care of me but once again never gave it to me. Food was good but service was not!

Had the privilege of James English waiting on us and the customer service was outstanding. Our food was packed quickly, as a matter of fact the quickest I’ve seen in along time and properly. The food was hot and everything fresh. Several people walked up to James and was talking to him. Very very friendly guy. I hope the next time I’m there, he gets to wait on us again. Thanks for the outstanding service.
