Ordered online around 9pm and they gave me a 2 hour old order for a person with the same first name. Said they didn't have my order despite being charged almost double for what order I was originally given and didn't rectify the issue. Update: Customer Support gave me a full refund thankfully, but still probably not returning to this location any time soon.
Very fresh chicken, fries and biscuit. Very friendly staff and quick service. They even remembered the sauces which most places don’t. All aspects of this location exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this location, I know I’ll be back!!
Came to this location specifically because of the Google reviews. The one young man young black kid gets an extra kudos from me 10 star review because he understands the concept of customer service he deserves a raise and promotion. Listening to what your customers want is what makes them continue to come back and this location understands that.
