DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! I wish I could give this establishment ZERO STARS but 1 will have to do. The employees, including the managers, are unprofessional and disrespectful. My mom and I weren’t served for 30 minutes and never got our food. Everyone ahead of us was served quickly. When we asked for a refund nicely the cashier sarcastically smiled then smirked and called for her manager. The manager didn’t come for 5 minutes and she was right there. The two employees kept saying “we’ll get your food, it’s almost ready” and no action was being taken. When we asked for a refund the manager charged me A Second time $30. She had to call another manager over to do a refund but they didn’t know how and it took an additional 10 minutes. I will not be coming here ever again. The managers don’t know how to MANAGE and the employees don’t know customer service. I have NEVER felt so disrespected in my life AND OVER LUNCH!!

Once a week my son and I have lunch at Popeyes we usually order take out. When we got home where I am meal the chicken was old and cold the french fries were so old I just couldn’t believe they served anybody like that. The lemonade frozen strawberry was so watery you would think you were drinking water I call to tell them of the situation. To add insult to injury they told me to bring in the old chicken lemonade along with the receipt that place in Lemon Grove should be shut down. Someone is going to get very very sick That is a four dollar order of french fries shame on you Popeyes
