God forbid you actually get the number of sauces advertised in your menu let alone not have an option online to be able to add more. 1) your sauce packets are tiny for the portion of chicken you get. 2) leaving one tiny packet of sauce for my group order of 12 chicken strips. Great chicken but the amount of times I get shorted in sauces from Popeyes blows my mind. Tip for your workers. A receipt has the number of sauces in each order. If you aren’t gonna allow extras to be ordered the LEAST you can do is actually supply the sauces that WERE ordered.

My 3 piece spicy chicken meal was very dry. My wife's chicken sandwich was also dry. Both meals tasted old and overcooked. My strawberry Fanta was like carbonated water. Undrinkable. My daughter ordered the shrimp and it was also old and dry and a very small portion. Overall just a bad experience. The mashed potatoes were decent so you get 2 stars.

Absolutely horrible experience with manager named Sada or how ever you spell it she missed all of the order and then proceeded to be rude in drive Thur window Blamed crew members for attitude and mistakes and trying to convince us that it wasn’t her fault but if your running the food as a manager it’s your job point blank and the fact I spent $60 on food and my husband and I don’t get to eat is ridiculous! Long Thursday night all of your managers were trained on how to take care of customer issues.
