Confrontational Staff. Pathetically inadequate food served. Blank Receipt. At the drive up menu I asked if the 10 piece mixed deal for around $11.99 that I've gotten before and is usually posted on the window is still available. Rather than answer my question I got "SPICY OR MILD?" barked back at me. I asked again if they still have the deal and what I was met with was harsh confrontational attitude from the woman on the other end, "SPICY OR MILD!?!". I said I'm trying to find out if you still have the 10 piece mixed deal, and was barked at again, "SPICY OR MILD, I NEED TO KNOW THAT IF WE HAVE IT OR NOT!!" When I got to the window I told the woman to never get an attitude with her customers and she leaned out wagging her finger and said it goes both ways - and don't get an attitude with her! This was an absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable confrontation. When we got home with the food, out of the 10 piece mixed, there were 5 tiny dry wings and there was just one piece of dark meat

this location is TRAAAAAASH. there was one person working so i’ll let the rudeness slide because i’m sure she was annoyed, but we were the only ones in line and there was one couple inside already sitting down with their food. our order was wrong. ordered the spicy chicken sandiwich and was given the regular with regular mayo which i hate so couldn’t even eat it. also the chicken patty was small and not fried properly. 0/10. and the chicken tenders were gross and the biscuit was burned. AND IT WAS $20. absolute trash 0/10 all the way around.
