Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

If i could give a 0 star i would. As a customer experience manager from the time I walked into that establishment I was just unsatisfied. I walked in the door and i witnessed the cashier exchanging words with a customer in a very disrespectful manner. Then I walked to the counter and was not greeted by the cashier I guess because of the previous exchange of words with the customer before me. I continued to place my order and the cashier and a team member started exchanging words that as if they were not at work. After placing my order I then realized that the associate preparing the chicken was using his hands. I asked the cashier can I have a fresh biscuit since I saw a fresh batch had just came out and she looked and turned her head. The next customer asked for a item that was not available and the cashier and another team member went back and forth having words just being very unprofessional. I then received my order was not thanked. When I tried my chicken which was supposed to be

Every time I go to any Popeyes I order the same thing 1/4 lb shrimp combo, well these last two time clouding today being the second time I didn’t get my biscuit with my food. This time I did ask them to please make sure it got in there, the gentleman that took my order told I gotchu today a new day I said okay trusting his word, and got home and no biscuit was with my food.

Ordered a spicy sandwich combo. Fries are cold and awful. Sandwich is not spicy and has a self life. Drink machine is always not working with no normal selection available.
