Food is always hot and fresh when I come. Spicy sandwich is hot and crispy and Mac n cheese is steaming. Customer service is always great. Management be on it ! ???????? Had to get more togo!

Popeyes is by far the superior fast food fried chicken in town. However, this location consistently has accuracy issues. Most recently we received all dark meat in our 10 piece box, and another time received only 8 pieces and only 4 biscuits instead of 5. Also no butter or honey both times, even after specifically asking for it. No one via website will ever provide any resolution to problems either. How about some accountability and push back to your franchisees?

I went here to grab a family spicy tender meal, and while the atmosphere and service weren't bad, the food itself was disappointing. The first strike against the chicken strips is the fact that they were most of the strips were more like chicken patties than strips, about the size of my hand. Second stike against our strips was that they weren't very fresh, warm as opposed to hot and fresh, but the last and most grievous of strikes is when my girlfriend bit into a piece and broke a tooth on a fully boned chicken wing hidden in the breading! Food quality here is subpar and comes with the risk of breaking teeth on bones because the workers didn't care enough to check what they're breading up and cooking. Do Not Recommend
