DO NOT go to this location! I waited at the speaker box in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. I was the only one in line when I got there but a line of cars pulled in behind me while I was waiting. I said HELLO a couple of times and tapped my horn to get attention from whoever was working the drive thru but got nothing back. When I finally pulled around a confused employee came to the window and I explained that I had been waiting for quote some time and that there was now a very long line in their drive thru. He closed the window on me for a couple of minutes and then came back and said his manager told me I need to pull back around to order. Are you kidding?!?!?! Ever heard of CUSTOMER SERVICE? Needless to say I will not be eating at this location anymore!

My meal was great . I added a chicken breast. Should have never did tht. It was drier than the Saharan desert! Like as dry as the biscuits without any refreshments. How can certain people that work at these places accept giving away food that's been sitting for a while. If you would not serve it to yourself why would you serve it to me?

HORRIBLE. Ordered an 8-piece mixed family meal that was supposed to come with 4 biscuits and 1 large side. I requested half spicy & half mild with red beans and rice plus an additional large red beans and rice. I was charged $35.70 only to get home and have NO biscuits, no wings, and chicken that was ALL spicy and cooked to a pulp. It was so tough and chewy when biting through the skin. It was also extremely dry. I couldn’t finish eating so it was money wasted. I’ve been to multiple Popeyes many times and this is the worst experience and quality I’ve ever had it. I tried to call both numbers on my receipt only to get no answer. The phone rings a couple times then disconnects to a busy signal. This is ridiculous. I have a small child and do not live close enough to just run back up to this location. Every time my husband and I go to this location the food is just not right. Will not be back unless it’s to redeem a refund for not getting part of my order. If I could give this location z
