Food is always days old, and poor quality (burnt small pieces of chicken). 9 times of 10 the food won't be fresh and will taste old.
The food is usually very good. I believe it was just this location. We ordered dine in and when our food was ready and they didn't bother to call us. Our fries were on the cold side. It wasn't a pleasant visit
It was my first time going to Popeyes it was 02/03/22 at 8:10pm.The person in charge of the drive-through was really rude. I had to tell him to give me a second because he kept on yelling at me what I wanted. The food is great but the customer service at this location is horrible will never go again.
