Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

They were out of everything. Took forever. And thought serving warm lemonade on a hot day would be ok. I’m guessing they were out of ice too. Not friendly. Go to another location if you actually want food.

The staff wasn’t friendly or mean so I works say my customer service experience was average. I ordered a 12 piece of chicken nuggets with 2 biscuits. I only received 1 biscuit and the chicken didn’t have flavor, neither does the biscuit which I’m used to a buttery Popeyes biscuit which is mostly why I choose to go to Popeyes instead of other restaurants. I asked if the mardi gra mustard was spicy they said no, to me horse radish is spicy so I don’t like the nugget sauce. I have to say I’m disappointed.

Returned my $6 shrimp meal after noticing the side of cole slaw had a consistency identical melted cheese on pizza...sticky, thick, and stringy. When asked why I returned the meal (with receipt).....I opened the container to display the gross contents....and 2 customers in line behind me walked out. DO NOT EAT COLE SLAW from this location.....or anything from Popeyes, if you value your gastrointestinal system! .
