Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

One of the best Popeyes so far. So good they were sold out of most of the chicken. The drive thru is running continuously and lots of inside traffic and it’s obvious why. We were just passing through town on our way to Orlando and got a craving and I guess we weren’t alone on this Saturday afternoon. They had a nice deal. 5 pieces for $6 so probably why they sold out of so much. They did offer us to wait 15 minutes for regular but we wanted spicy so opted for the tenders instead. Ended up being a better choice. Sides were delicious and they have a new banana cream cake we got to go for later. Good job to this crew. Thanks for dinner. We were pleased. ????

I placed an online order. It should have been ready on the scheduled time to pick up, but it was not. I understand a few minutes behind, but this was extreme. It seemed they were short staffed. They didn't start to prepare the order until way after I had been there for awhile. The Manager seemed to try to take care of the situation being short staffed, but it was still was a poor experience, since many customers were pressed for time. They lost some customers due to the extended wait times. Hopefully staffing and training get better in the future.

Slowest "fast" good experience I've ever had. Ordered food I could see is pre-made, and still took 30 mins to get it. They can see you waiting to order but still don't send a cashier over for a good 10 minutes. Ignore people in store to serve drive through.
