Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I wish you could give less than one star because this has to be the worst Popeyes location in the world. They are understaffed most of the time and when it is staffed a lot of the times they are rude. Always out of food as well I honestly don't know how this location hasn't gotten closed or put under new management. Don't bother trying to get food from this place find another Popeyes or you'll just end up super frustrated. I honestly don't understand how it hasn't gotten improved it's in an ideal location and a license to print money if it was well staffed and served.

Terrible! So terrible! This Popeyes in Griffith, Indiana is extremely low on staff. Not to mention, the wait times are over 30 minutes. Also, be cautious since more staff have recently quit making the wait times even longer than 30 mins. You might have to wait for an 1 hour or so. Everything that I read from other reviewers are true --- plus be careful because they might claim they are out of chicken which I find to be weird and strange since I was in the drive thru and saw a whole bunch of chicken waiting to eaten. Also, they have a tendency of closing super early too! If you work for any food delivery gigs (i.e. Doordash), please do not take any orders from this particular Popeyes location. You will go through hell with them. For instance, today, people working for Doordash was leaving left and right and canceling their orders due to a very long wait time. They need some serious changing to their management as soon as possible! It is beyond worse now. They need more staff who is prof

If I can give less stars I would!!! It has been getting worse and worse throughout the months today was the absolute worst day at this location. I sat in line for 40 minutes the line was extremely long. Generally when you see a long line you think automatically the food will be fresh that is a no! I finally got up there they were out of mashed potatoes and gravy they were out of chicken legs and the chicken was burnt when I received my french fries they were cold and stale!!!! As I drove off and open my dirty rice it had a sour smell it was bad not sure if it sat too long but if I was to eat that and get sick that would’ve definitely been bad news for this location then the lady had the nerve at the window to tell me my fries were not cold and stale mind you I just tasted it. There’s no reason for no one to lie on the food that they purchased I wouldn’t recommend this on my worst enemy is the food was horrible a waste of money!!!
