Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went through the drive-thru and you can barely hear the person on the other end. I asked the cashier to repeat the order and it was correct but when I got home, the 8pc family meal consisted a large side with 4 biscuits. The mash is NOT a large and didn’t get the fries. Tried giving them a 2nd chance because they’re in the neighborhood. Looks like I’ll continue to go to the one in Addison instead.

This place definitely needs extensive training. The lady on the speaker was polite, the guys were awful. I am sorry to say they were not courteous and lack basic customer service. I do not know if the franchisor knows about this!! More etiquette and more politeness is needed by the men there. Why should anyone come to a location where acceptable communication skills does not exist??!

Why is this location charging $3 to $4 more for a combo meal than other locations? Especially when they're hardly ever fresh and take forever to get you your food?
