One of the drive thru employees wouldn't take my order and told me to come inside ! I had went there a few days prior with the same order but different employee he was getting upset with me when I told him I couldn't I had my infant child and elderly father in the car that was the point of going through drive thru!! So I ended up pulling in parking lot and asking for a manager and the phone rang and rang..I actually went to the popeyes in Essex on eastern Ave and they still didn't answer and that's a 10 min plus drive! So I hung up...and got my order through the drive thru in Essex. The customer service and food was great! I'll be going to that Popeyes for now!

Not a very clean place and your order size can vary sometimes you get very large pieces of chicken as well as tenders then other times you can get the smallest pieces which makes you feel ripped off especially the prices you pay !! Definitely not consistent
