Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Save yourself the hassle and find yourself a different Popeyes or restaurant. Ever since I believe new owners took over, the place has gone nowhere but rock bottom. Food seems to be cold most of the time and they have gotten extremely stingy when asking for condiments. To top it all off service is horrible and you have to scream your order into the speaker only to get a response that you can’t understand. 1/10 times your order will be correct or warm. It’s sad to see because I’ve been going to this Popeyes for decades and a lot of your long time employees that used to be there have vanished. I think that tells you a lot on how the place is being ran.

The worse food I have had in a long time. The chicken is old and the biscuit was so hard. Spent $30 what a shame . DO NOT buy anything from THEM!

I hate to leave a bad rating but this Popeyes location really did everything just wrong. I stopped in for lunch through the drive thru around 12 pm. I waited about 25 mins before I even reached the intercom to place my order. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a diet coke. When I got home, the chicken was not breaded correctly and not fried long enough. The chicken was still raw. It's hard to tell from the photo I posted because of the lighting but you can tell from the texture of it. Customer service was lackluster. Being that I was stuck in line for almost 30 minutes I observed that the cashier was taking orders and ringing folks up one at a time. This backed up the line. You should be able to take an order and ring people up simultaneously to keep the line moving. Lastly, the outside of the place looks run down and dingy. As you exit the drive thru there's a pot hole that you can't avoid. This place needs help on all fronts. Until these concerns are addressed I won't be back to th
