Got a large side of gravy was in a large container with no more full than a drop gravy ? Called they said that was normal sad can’t even dip chicken sandwitch in gravy

Waited 20 minutes for spicy chicken. Was told AFTER that 20 minutes it will still be another 12 minutes. What happened in this world? This is so unprofessional, uncaring, so unacceptable. These places with such unconcern for customers should close down. We understand the work shortage, but this is ridiculous. Yes, will never patronize this establishment again. And will advise all I know not to either. I wish I could give a - for a review. Staff is horrendous!

This is the worst place to go. I went to pick up dinner. There is staff sitting and eating at the cash register. Customer comes and asked if corporate phone number they walked to the back and gave him the store number. It’s 7 pm and they state that they are done cooking for the evening. Even though they close at 10pm. And the mangers come to the front as if it is the customers fault for asking for the number. All this is happening while I’m trying to place and order and they just walk away to avoid dealing with the gentleman.
