Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went to Popeyes today for dinner for me and my grandson waited over 15 minutes placed an order finally then my order wasn’t right and I was not giving the two pies that high pay for. The manager that I talk to you would not share his name and told me that the man waited on me put the pies in my bag. There was not a man who waited on me they were a woman. I said that I wanted my money back and he told me that they don’t give refunds and refused to give me his name and he said he was a manager the other manager did not have time to talk to me he was doing something else . We’ll find another Popeyes to eat it or when I eat Popeyes anymore.

Chicken was dried out. Ordered mac and cheese, git mashed potatoes and gravy instead. One pack of cajun sparkle and no napkins. Never ever in my lifetime will I go back. If you donate $1 or more you are supposed to get a coupon for free apple pie , I donated $5 and got nothing

The Popeyes on Minnesota Avenues NE ,DC, THIS FRIDAY 09/02/22 The Night Manager was nasty,unkept,unprofessional,ignorant,laughed and cussed me with the cooks for bringing back,stale,old,refried chicken I would not eat and advise everyone to check under fried skin if meat is any color brown it's old,refried, possibly days or week old out the freezer recooked,or reheated.The one on Marlboro Pike,MD and Central Avenue Popeyes near Addison Road does thes same thing ,managers ,workers at the window or even when you go inside ,act the same are nasty too ,chicken stale,old,dried,refried.They cuss me and other patrons out when returned bad or wrong orders come in .The district managers don't care or after most of them being open more than four years it would long been accountability,retraining from corporate and visible change in customer service and managerial skills and attitudes . We love the chicken and keep buying so why think they will respond to our complaints,or getting stomach aches o
