Worst customer service ever. Let me start off by saying Tropical place get a 10 star. Oops sorry Popeyes you asked for that and saw it coming. Please read your reviews. Please enjoy any other food restaurant in the area. Don’t go here please. Customer service is a plus for me. It says a lot about your establishment. Customer service please at this location work on that.
I LOVE THAT CHICKEN FROM POPEYES. My favorite chicken spot. I need the staff/employees to pay more attention to customers order and make sure the order is correct before giving to customers. It’s disappointing when you get home and realize what you ordered is not correct. If you do that then you golden. And also, bing back the CAJUN RICE. It’s my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. ✌????
I wish I could give them negative stars. The cashier did NOT listen to my order at all after I constantly kept telling her what I wanted. She gave me a meal when I just wanted chicken. Very stubborn and horrible customer service. The employees are very rude to their customers. Worst popeyes ever. I do not recommend going there AT ALL.
