Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Food good like always. Ran out of ghost pepper wings so had to cancel my mobile order. Wanted spicy family meal and received original. Sat in drive thru for 5-10 minutes with no one in line and no one answered to take order. Drove to window and waited another 5 minutes before I was noticed. Not a good customer service experience.

This is the worst one I’ve ever been to in the entire Florida, even the one over on pine hills is better. The workers are super slow and don’t even look like they even care about customer service. If you order your food just know that you have to wait an hour before receiving it.

I have never been to Popeyes, and I was so disappointed with the quality of the food. But what really sold me that I'm never coming back was the way I had to wait almost 10 minutes for chicken which is what I thought they were supposed to have ready. Take a look at the pictures as well I ordered two piece chicken and a biscuit and I ended up getting chicken strips and shrimp. A 15-minute wait for the wrong food.
