Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Maybe the worst Popeyes I've been to. Cashier charged me for someone else's order. When I realized this I was refunded and charged the correct amount, no big deal it happens. But then when I confirmed the order I was told it was correct, start to drive away and it was still wrong. Had to go back inside and have them redo it which seemed to be an inconvenience for them.

First, Popeyes chicken is delicious. The 2 stars is for the location. Every time I come here my order has either been messed up or I was overcharged that I don’t normally eat here. But my kids really wanted Popeyes. So after waiting 30 minutes for my order of 2 chicken sandwich, 3 piece tender meal, and a kids meal. My food was cold, no apology for the wait, the kid that brought out the food stated he was the assistant manager dressed in “civilian” clothes and was hanging out in the lobby. And to top it off I watched 5 cars in the drive through with larger orders get their food before I received mine after being told I was just waiting on chicken sandwiches and the order would be out soon. I will never visit this location again.
