I had good services here as I ordered their hush puppies shrimp and the popcorn shrimp as they serve it with their signature cocktail sauce. The fried chicken I order here they ask for mild or spicy just like KFC and Church's Chicken. This is Louisiana style fried chicken and it comes with a biscuit and a side in every one who orders here.
Ann sucks horribly. Took my drive thru order for spicy chicken. Waited in drive thru line 20 minutes. She told me to park and my chicken will be ready in 5 minutes. Waited in parking lot for 20 minutes then I went in to complain. Ann never even took my order which still wasn't ready after 20 minutes of waiting in the parking lot they just forgot about me. Why did they have me pay if they forgot about my order? Yelled at manager and the manager had to make my order herself because they didn't have any recollection of my order. Ann sucks as drive through order girl and this whole hour experience makes me want to never eat here again. She had a horrible attitude and I think that's why they "forgot my order". Even after they took my money and forgot about me. Slap in the face! Good luck with this place.... it sucks!
