No customer service skills at all. They're always out of things. People at the window act like they have an attitude because I'm spending my money. At least smile when you take my money. Ask me, can I get you anything else, instead of, "is that it"? Update the drive through menu, if Cajun Rice is up there, the server it, I don't want beans. And fix the speaker ????, If I can't hear you, speak up. You use to hear it all the way at RTA

Ate there for lunch today, credit card machine was down, and they were short staffed. Even with that the 2 employees there delivered a decently fast experience and all the food was hot and the chicken was crispy and moist. Everyone wants to complain these days because something isn't perfect but these 2 ladies deserve some recognition for staying positive and being helpful even when the situations they are dealing with aren't optimal.
