Arrived and was told they hadn't opened yet. Staff very nonchalant. Didn't offer to take order, no offer of complimentary drink. Don't have strawberry cheesecake advertised. Excuse is manager was late. Second experience with poor service. Last occasion, waited 35 minutes to get to the window and be told they had no bread. . They could have walked to the store and back. Sorry but not sorry to put them on blast.

Missing pieces of my order, they told us pull up and we will bring it out. 15 min later my wife had to go a d get it..it had been sitting for 15 min so it was cold..we pulled off, came back to get beinè that didn't receive..they didn't have any more Food : 4/5 | Service : 1/5 | Atmosphere : 1/5 … More

No customer service skills at all. They're always out of things. People at the window act like they have an attitude because I'm spending my money. At least smile when you take my money. Ask me, can I get you anything else, instead of, "is that it"? Update the drive through menu, if Cajun Rice is up there, the server it, I don't want beans. And fix the speaker ????, If I can't hear you, speak up. You use to hear it all the way at RTA
