Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ordered chicken strips yesterday. Tasted weird so i spit out the first bite. Thought maybe it was just a bad strip. Ate the other one, was better but still thought it was a little off. I didn't eat anymore because I had lost my appetite at that point. Next morning I'm sick. Could only be the popeyes. I hesitate to give one star ratings because people have bad days and don't want to ruin someone's business but food poisoning is unforgivable. Won't be here again

Came up to the window to give my card to the person and noticed her finger nails were very dirty which is absolutely disgusting. Luckily she only touched our drinks and not the food but still the food gave us food poisoning late that last night. Never going back there again.

Was picking up an online order. Manager told me to pull forward as she stated they were waiting on Beignets. I said sure no problem. 20 minutes go by and still no order. I had to pull back around as they had already closed the lobby/or it's just not open. I pulled up around the cars in the line and no one wanted to help me. I sat for another 2-3 minutes until someone finally acknowledged I was there. It being the same manager. She looked at me confused and I told her I was waiting on the order and she looked as me like she had no clue what I was talking about. Finally something clicked and she said oh its gonna be a few minutes. This was due to them having to make the entire order again, I guess? As it appeared they got everything fresh.
