I usually come by for a quick bite when driving back home from work. Place is always busy since it's accords the street from Jefferson Park Bus and Train Station. Sometimes they have lots of staff and other times not enough. You do have to wait for your food so don't expect an in and out pick up. The food is usually good. They have thier off days where the chicken isn't as good as it was the other day. They do mess up your orders from time to time. Make sure you check it and open every box and bag to confirm its correct. They forgot my kids tenders, so luckily I'm not to far away and came back. They gave me more than enough to make up for it. I'll occasionally come back to visit.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with NO pickles. And what do I find when I opened it? A PICKLE! I would’ve returned it but I was already home and didn’t want to drive back just for that. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

Good spot for an ultra quick bite to eat. The food is always hot and fresh and served up rather quickly. This location is always busy but they are staffed fairly well. The management have their associates assigned particular work stations and the operation runs quite effectively. Customer service is average, manager welcomes the guests and communicates well,, hourly associates not so much. Sometimes the dining room and restrooms leave a bit to be desired. Very convenient location, directly across the street from the Jefferson Park transit center.
